We want you to love your story. If you don't, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

The guarantee

If you're unhappy with the story we generated for any reason, email hello@lifein25.com within 30 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout and we'll refund the full $9.99.

How long refunds take

Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Regeneration is free

If your first story didn't capture you well, you can regenerate it from the same answers at no additional charge before requesting a refund.
